Paul Flemons has extensive experience in digital collections and citizen science, currently serving as the Manager of Digital Collections and Citizen Science at the Australian Museum since October 1998. In this role, Paul oversees access to digital collections, manages the Collection Database Management System (EMu), and created the DigiVol website to facilitate online volunteer contributions to digitisation efforts. Additionally, Paul manages the Centre for Citizen Science, representing the Museum's interests and coordinating citizen science projects. Previously, Paul held the position of Manager of Spatial Analysis at the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service from 1994 to 1998, where responsibilities included developing core spatial data systems and supervising project staff. Paul’s educational background includes HSC qualifications from Balgowlah Boys High School and Cranbrook Boys School.
