Andrew Negri

Principal Research Scientist at Australian Institute of Marine Science

Andrew Negri is a Principal Research Scientist at the Australian Institute of Marine Science since 1995. Prior to this role, he worked as a Post Doc at CSIRO from 1993 to 1995. With a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemistry from RMIT University, Andrew specializes in research areas including ecotoxicology, coral reproduction biology, and pollution chemistry. He focuses on studying the effects of pollutants, dredging, and climate on marine biota, as well as bioaccumulation and degradation of pollutants.
