James Robertson is an experienced professional in the fields of facilitation, project management, and negotiation. Currently serving as a Facilitator at the Australian Institute of Management since May 2023, James conducts various short courses for business professionals. As Co-Founder and CEO of Insight38 since June 2020, James has led an innovative data practice. James also holds the position of Project Manager at Westgate Community Initiatives Group Inc. and serves as a Sessional Tutor at La Trobe University. With a background in mediation and negotiation, James has operated in high-pressure environments, fostering consensus among diverse stakeholders. Previous roles include Co-Founder and General Manager at Lifevault, Head of Investor Relations at Cruncher, and Project Manager positions at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and UXC Consulting. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance from Monash University.
