Louisa Wong currently serves as a Senior Lawyer at the Australian Human Rights Commission, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Louisa had a decade-long tenure at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, progressing through various titles including Senior Solicitor, Solicitor, and acting roles, beginning in June 2013. Earlier in their career, Louisa worked at Riordan Legal Pty Ltd as a Solicitor and Articled Clerk from March 2007 to January 2010. Louisa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and English from the University of Melbourne, completed between 2002 and 2006.
