Katie McKay-King has over a decade of experience in the insurance and travel sectors, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at ahm Health Insurance since February 2012. Positions held at ahm include Retention & Growth Channel Lead, Channel Delivery and Initiative Specialist, and Sales and Retention People Leader. Previously, Katie held the role of Team Leader for total loss at The NRMA from August 2010 to February 2012, and worked as a Business Travel Consultant at Qantas from March 2008 to August 2010. Katie completed a Certificate III in Tourism and Travel Services Management at TAFE NSW between 2007 and 2008, after graduating from Albion Park High School in 2006.
