Toby Jedwab has extensive experience in football operations and talent management within various organizations in the Australian Football League. Currently serving as the Regional Talent Operations Lead for the Dandenong Stingrays since October 2016, Toby has held multiple roles such as Football Operations Manager for the Sandringham Dragons and Next Generation Academy Coordinator at St Kilda Football Club. Prior roles include management positions at Sandringham Zebras Football Club and Southern Football Netball League Inc, as well as operational support at AFL Victoria. Educationally, Toby holds a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation Management from Victoria University and several certifications in athlete wellbeing, development, and counselling.
