Stephanie Pearce is a dedicated educator and curriculum specialist with extensive experience in the Australian education sector. Currently serving as the Schools Curriculum Specialist for the AFL since February 2022, Stephanie previously held multiple leadership roles at the Department of Education & Training in Victoria from 2016 to 2022, including as a Leading Teacher and Professional Practice Coach. Responsibilities included leading specialist teams, coordinating tutoring programs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and contributing to various educational projects and initiatives. Stephanie has also worked as State Education Manager for Life Education Australia and as Senior Project Manager for the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority, showcasing a strong focus on health and physical education and formative assessment. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Melbourne, specializing in Health and Physical Education.
