Marina Simoncini possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within various Australian government organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Culture and Communications and Manager of Taskforce HORIZON at the Australian Federal Police since November 2014, Marina has also held roles such as Manager/Director of the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation, focusing on establishing business implementation strategies, and National Coordinator for Missing Persons and Exploited Children, overseeing online safety initiatives and program management. Prior to these positions, Marina worked for the Australian Border Force and the Australian Crime Commission in key management roles, and has a strong background in public relations and communications, having held positions at Professional Public Relations and the Australian Institute of Sport. Academically, Marina holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Market Research and a Bachelor in Management from the University of Canberra.
