Julia Johnston is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Principal Advisor Research Impact at the Australian Education Research Organisation since January 2022, Julia has previously held positions such as Principal Policy Analyst and Strategic Communications Manager with The Front Project. In earlier roles, Julia contributed to the Australian Skills Quality Authority, the Mitchell Institute, Victoria University, Infrastructure Australia, and the COAG Reform Council, where responsibilities encompassed strategic communications, media management, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communications.
