Wai-Jing Man is a Senior Service Designer at the Australian Digital Health Agency, with a diverse background in service and design strategy across various organizations. Previous roles include Senior Designer/Strategist at And Projects, where a community-led design approach was utilized to address complex social and ecological challenges, and Service Designer at Justice Connect, focusing on enhancing access to legal support. Wai-Jing has also experience as a Shelter Coordinator with HELP for Domestic Workers, and has contributed to MAKE Studios as a Service Designer in building innovation systems.
