Nicholas Chu is a Senior Economist at the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), where responsibilities include the design and delivery of spectrum auctions for national mobile phone network operators, and previously involved formulating pricing principles for administratively allocated radiospectrum. Nicholas also served as a Market Analyst, focusing on market research and producing reports on communications service availability and quality issues, particularly regarding broadband. In addition, Nicholas holds the position of Treasurer at Donor Mate since July 2017. Nicholas completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management at Melbourne Business School and earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
