Andrew Spencer is an experienced professional in human resources and corporate strategy, currently serving as Manager of HR Strategy and Internal Communications at the Australian Communications and Media Authority since November 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew held various leadership positions, including Director of People at the National Emergency Management Agency and Director of People & Culture at the National Archives of Australia. Key roles also include Senior Manager at Synergy Group Australia and Director of Corporate Strategy at the Parliamentary Budget Office. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Director of the Corporate Strategy Branch at Maranatha Health and holding various roles at the Australian Workforce and Productivity Agency and the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion.
