Moyan joined ABGF from News Corp’s M&A and Ventures team and previously worked at Federation Asset Management, a private equity fund investing across alternative asset classes in growth private equity and sustainable infrastructure. She started her career in PwC’s M&A team, advising mid-market companies across sales, acquisitions and capital raisings. Moyan is a member of ABGFs investment team.

During Moyan’s three years at Federation Asset Management, she worked with founder-led businesses in technology, renewable energy and healthcare to grow their business both organically and inorganically. Moyan has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University.

Moyan grew up in Melbourne and spent some of this time living in Shanghai. Whilst her tertiary education was completed in Canberra, she spent most of her career in Sydney prior to joining ABGF. Moyan’s journey returns to Melbourne where you will find her exploring different restaurants, exercising at a Pilates class or simply being amongst the company of her family and friends.
