Susan Davies (MBA), (GAICD) is an experienced leader in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Director at the Australian Network on Disability since July 2022 and as Executive General Manager for People & Culture at Australia Post since September 2015. Davies has held multiple senior roles in HR, including General Manager Human Resources for Parcels at Australia Post and Director roles at Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds and StarTrack. With a career foundation at TNT Express spanning 25 years, Davies successfully managed HR, administration, and customer service functions across Australia and New Zealand, achieving significant improvements in operational performance and customer service through innovative structural changes. Davies holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and UNSW.
