Shirley Lu is a seasoned Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Australia Post since July 2019, where leadership in cross-functional IT teams has resulted in the successful delivery of key programs such as the "Sending made Easy" national product launch and the Genesis Chatbot project. Previously, from July 2006 to July 2016, Shirley held various roles at General Motors, including IT Program and Project Manager, where notable projects included the implementation of data collaboration systems and IT application audits. Prior experience includes managerial positions at EDS and Siemens Management Consulting, with early career achievements as IT Director at Shanghai Number One Department Store. Shirley holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Shanghai University.
