Ashrika Paruthi is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in education, health, and policy development. Currently serving as the National Advisor for the Education and Skills Development Chapter at the Australia India Business Council and as a Consortium Member and International Student Health Hub Advisor at NSW Health, Ashrika has held various roles, including Student Insight Analyst at Voyage and Insights Analyst at The Lygon Group. Ashrika also acted as an ISLA International Student Ambassador for the City of Sydney and held multiple positions within the University of Sydney's Students' Representative Council, advocating for over 35,000 undergraduate students. Previous experiences include internships and consultancy roles at the Australian Institute of International Affairs, Climate Council, and Women NSW, emphasizing policy analysis and representation of diverse student communities. Ashrika is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Advanced Studies at the University of Sydney and has attended the National University of Singapore for advanced qualitative data analysis training.
