Nat King

Education Development Lead at Australasian College for Emergency Medicine

Nat King has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Activities and Events Coordinator at Swinburne Student Union until 2004. Following that, they served as a Secondary School Teacher at the Department of Education & Training in Victoria from 2006 to 2008. In 2010, Nat joined Box Hill Institute as a Teacher and Coordinator, and later became an iVCAL Teacher and Coordinator until 2018. Simultaneously, they were also the President of the Committee of Management at Perry Street Childcare Centre from 2015 to 2018. Nat then joined the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) in 2018, first as a Senior Coordinator Education Development, and then as a Curriculum Development Lead until September 2022. Currently, Nat is working as the Education Development Lead at the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine since November 2022.

Nat King has a diverse education history. In 1994 to 1997, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Criminology from the University of Melbourne. Continuing their education, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Masters in Communication and Media Studies from RMIT University. In 2003 to 2004, Nat King attended Monash University to achieve a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education and Teaching. In 2010, they acquired a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Box Hill Institute. Additionally, in 2020, Nat King obtained a certification in Project Management Essentials from the Australian Institute of Management.
