Pablo Arreche has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Pablo started their career in 2013 as an IT Consultant at StarLan Ventures, where they worked on developing an e-commerce platform. In 2014, they joined ISA Ltda as a Software Engineer, focusing on developing and maintaining applications for clients.

In 2014, Pablo also took on a role as a Professor at Universidad ORT Uruguay, teaching Software Architecture to Systems Engineering students.

From 2015 to 2017, Pablo worked at Globant, initially as a SSr. Adv. Developer and later as a Technical Lead. Pablo was responsible for the maintenance of multiple applications, leading a Scrum team and actively participating in both backend and frontend code.

In 2017, Pablo joined Ascentis Human Capital Management Software as a Full Stack Software Engineer and Scrum Master, working on migration projects and actively participating in feature development. Pablo later took on the role of Engineering Lead, providing technical leadership to a Scrum team.

In 2019, Pablo moved to Hint Health as an Engineering Manager, where they filled gaps in the development process, optimized SDLC processes, and defined and collected metrics.

From 2020 to 2022, Pablo worked at Workrise, initially as a Staff Software Engineer and later as an Engineering Manager - Regional Marketplace. Pablo led a team of engineers, managed the mobile app, and served as a strategic partner for other areas of the company.

Since 2020, Pablo has also been involved with Howdyâ„¢ as a Staff Software Engineer, responsible for technical interviewing, onboarding, and collaborating with the management team on building relationships and opportunities with partners.

Most recently, Pablo joined OJO Labs in 2022 as an Engineering Manager and then transitioned to OJO Canada, an RBC Company, in 2023 in the same role.

Throughout their career, Pablo has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to improving processes and fostering collaboration.

Pablo Arreche completed their education at Universidad ORT Uruguay from 2009 to 2016. Pablo obtained a degree in Ingeniero en Sistemas with a specialization in Arquitectura de software. Additionally, they have earned certifications such as the IBM Certified Solution Developer - WebSphere Portal 7.0 in September 2012 and the Scaled Agile Framework Practitioner (SP) in February 2016. The institution for the latter certification is unknown.
