Alexis Brooks, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HRBP Supervisor and previously as HR Business Partner Team Leader and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) since June 2010. Responsibilities include recruiting and staffing logistics, performance management, employee orientation and development, policy development, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and providing guidance and support to employees and managers. Prior to ARC, Alexis held the role of Patient Services Coordinator at Cox/Bond Dental and worked as a Patient Coordinator at Cracker Barrel, beginning as a Retail Associate. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Sam Houston State University.
