David London has over 30 years of experience in the IT field, currently serving as an IT Manager at Austin Energy since February 2014, following a role as IT Application Developer Senior. Prior to this, David London spent two decades at Epicor Software as a Senior Software Development Engineer, focusing on server-side software development and database design for an Automotive Aftermarket Enterprise Warehouse and Retail Distribution System. David London holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas State University, earned between 1990 and 1993.
