Vivien Wei is a seasoned professional in talent development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Talent Development Manager at AUSTAR Group since June 2022, Vivien has previously held the position of Talent Development Manager for China at SDAAC from August 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included optimizing talent management processes and training systems. Prior roles include Learning and Development Manager for the Asia Pacific region at Sulzer and Sales Training Manager at adidas, where Vivien focused on training policies, needs assessment, and program design. Early career experience includes roles at Sonoco, beginning as a Customer Service Representative and later as Assistant to the Sales VP. Vivien holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Fudan University.
