William Bingle, P.E. is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in the shipbuilding industry. Currently serving as Program Manager at Austal USA since February 2023, William's previous roles include Program/Proposal Manager at Bollinger Shipyards and Director of Program Management at VT Halter Marine. William also held the position of Propulsion Integration Manager and Chief Mechanical Engineer at Bollinger Shipyards and served as VP Production and Senior Project Manager at Signal International. Early career experience includes project management at Friede Golgman Offshore and a Senior Engineer role at Ingalls Shipbuilding. William earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University between 1978 and 1982.
