Han Lipke has extensive experience in sales and management roles within the consumer goods industry. Han has worked as a Global Sales Director for Ausnutria, overseeing private label and branded Kabrita distributor sales worldwide. Han has also led the private label team for baby nutrition within Dairy, focusing on key markets in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. Prior to Ausnutria, Han worked at Arla Foods amba, where they served as a Customer Group Manager for brands and private label in Europe. Han managed a portfolio of bulk private label and branded products for various categories. Han also held the position of Manager for brands and private label in Benelux, where they led the account team for Albert Heijn. Han's earlier experience includes roles as a Key Account Manager at Energizer Group, an Account Manager at Storck, and an Account Manager at Danone in the retail sector.
Han Lipke has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management & Leadership from Nyenrode Business University, which was obtained in 2022. In 2015 to 2016, Han Lipke pursued the Management Acceleration Program (MAP) at INSEAD, focusing on overall management. Between 2014 and 2019, Han Lipke attended Sentinel United Kingdom to enhance their skills in Advanced Negotiation.
