Jamie Stanley is a highly experienced Senior Sport Physiologist at the South Australian Sports Institute since June 2014, specializing in applied sports physiology to enhance athletic performance across multiple sports including swimming, cycling, and para sports. In addition, Jamie serves as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney and a Performance Solutions Manager for Swimming Australia, focusing on high-performance training insights. As Lead Physiologist for AusCycling, Jamie oversees physiology implementation for the para-cycling team and contributes significantly to the Australian Cycling Team's strategy. Jamie also instructs courses on high-intensity interval training at HIIT Science and holds adjunct research fellow positions at the University of South Australia and the University of Queensland, where research on athlete well-being has been a focus. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Exercise Physiology from the University of Queensland, Jamie has a robust academic foundation that complements extensive practical experience as a professional triathlete and educator.
