Shweta is an experienced Human Resource Professional with 15 years of elaborate experience in HR Generalist & Corporate HR roles with exposure to manage employee strength ranging from 150—700 associates for innovative technology companies. She brings with her, rich corporate expertise in various areas under HR gamut, inclusive of several people practices like performance management, Competency development, Employee Engagement & Employee Connect.

Shweta joined Aurus in 2013 with 115 employees at Aurus then and now with 700+ employees, she effectively manages all aspects of the Human Resource Department including recruitment; compensation and benefits overlooking policies and procedures; training & development, employee engagement and statutory compliances.

Shweta has been instrumental in developing and implementing an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. She has played an important role in organizing various events to foster community spirit and minimize stress in a high-performance work environment. Shweta has developed broad reach advanced resourcing techniques to map the talent required to support the company’s rapid growth. One of these programs includes a university recruiting program that has been highly successful as a way to source niche talent at the entry-level hiring of engineers.

Shweta previously held various human resource management positions at Oracle. Shweta is a commerce graduate with a specialization in Computers and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Indore. She is also a member of the National HRD Network.
