Stephen's earlier career at Ford Motor Company spanned over two decades, with roles such as Global Director of Program Management and Chief Engineer for Transit Connect, where the vehicle earned the 2013 International Van of the Year Award. Stephen's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
