Zé Freitas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Aurora Solar since March 2021, Zé holds a strong background in leading customer success initiatives. Previously, Zé worked at Soccer Shots Franchising as Director of Operations, managing over 60 accounts, implementing QuickBooks to improve invoicing efficiency, and partnering with professional soccer teams to create awareness of the brand. Zé's earlier role as a consultant for Leadership Business Consulting involved supporting startups and organizing major conferences in San Francisco. Zé Freitas holds a Master's Degree in Development and International Relations from Aalborg University, along with post-graduate and undergraduate degrees from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a Baccalauréat Européen from Ecole Européenne Bruxelles II.
