Thusha Agampodi is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and developing high-performing teams across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Aurora Solar since October 2021, Thusha previously held the position of Head of Engineering at Tread, where the focus was on enhancing the logistics of construction material movement. Prior to Tread, Thusha was an Engineering Manager at Magnet Forensics, where the Ottawa site was established and an award-winning engineering team was built. Thusha's career includes significant contributions at BlackBerry, encompassing roles from Software Developer to Engineering Manager, specifically on projects like BlackBerry Blend and BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Earlier experience includes software development at ActivCard Inc. Thusha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems from Carleton University.
