Natalie Marr is an experienced professional in people operations and academic support services with a strong background in onboarding, leadership development, and student success. Currently serving as a People Operations Generalist at Aurora Solar, Natalie designs and facilitates onboarding sessions for new employees. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Academic Success at Purdue University, where management of the Supplemental Instruction program directly impacted over 13,500 students, and various graduate coordinator positions at Ball State University focusing on academic support for student-athletes and recruitment efforts. With a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of the Pacific, Natalie also demonstrated leadership skills as President of the Iota Gamma Chapter of Alpha Phi International Fraternity.
