April Cooke is an experienced purchasing and procurement professional with a diverse background in both public and governmental sectors. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Aurora Public Schools since October 2021, April has previously held significant roles including Senior Procurement Agent at the City and County of Broomfield from February 2018 to October 2021 and Procurement Specialist at HRSD from March 2008 to March 2018. April's career began with the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician from July 2000 to January 2008. April holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Old Dominion University, completed between 2009 and 2012.
