Donna Froehlich possesses extensive experience in project management and systems engineering, currently providing support to the FAA's Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) at Aurora-Innovations, LLC since July 2013. Prior to this role, Froehlich worked at SAIC as a Senior Management Consultant, overseeing over 90 IT investments for the HHS capital planning office with a budget exceeding $13 billion. Additional experience includes consulting for the DHS National Communications System and leading requirements teams for IRS projects. Earlier positions include roles as a Senior Analyst at Alion Science and Technology, a Senior Research Scientist at IITRI, and various engineering positions in software and systems at NYMA, Litton AMECOM, and Gould. Froehlich earned a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor's degree from Towson University.
