Rhonda Buss is an experienced registered nurse with a career spanning over four decades. Since July 1996, Rhonda has been employed at Aurora Community Services, focusing on health maintenance for adults with disabilities in small residential settings, facilitating CBRF training, conducting TB tests, and performing basic health screenings for new employees. Prior to this role, Rhonda worked at Clark County Health Care Center from January 1972 to July 1996 as a Nursing Care Coordinator/QMRP/Casemanager, where responsibilities included administering treatments and medications to adults with disabilities, developing comprehensive care plans, monitoring health, and supervising direct care staff. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, earned between 1967 and 1971.
