Karl Plummer has extensive experience in sales operations and client care, primarily at Aurora Cannabis Inc. since June 2017, where roles have included Sales Operations Manager, Senior Sales Operations Coordinator, and Support Team Lead. Prior to this, Karl worked briefly as an Audio Editor for Binasii Inc. in 2017 and spent four years at HUB International Horizon Insurance as an Autopac Insurance Advisor, focusing on customer service and insurance coverage selection. Educationally, Karl holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology of Sport from Loughborough University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from The University of Winnipeg. Additional experience includes a role as a Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia and various seasonal positions in community engagement and support activities.
