Kurt Martinez started their work experience in 2012 at Fortress Construction, where they held the role of project manager until 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to Aurora Behavioral Health System, where they currently work as the Director of Plant Operations.

Kurt Martinez attended Central Texas College from 1991 to 2005, where they pursued a general education without completing a specific degree.
