Sheila Harrigan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and human resources sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club since January 2014, Sheila also held previous roles at the same organization, including Human Resources Manager and Engineering Office Manager. In addition, Sheila has been the Director at Sunshine Recruitment and Training Services since September 2014. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel, and Curtain Bluff Resort, as well as significant roles at Shoal Bay Beach Hotel and Frangipani Beach Resort. Sheila holds a Master’s of Science in Management from the University of Liverpool and an Associates of Arts and Sciences in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Anguilla Community College.
