Sofia Hagman is a procurement professional with extensive experience in sustainability and category buying within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Procurement Sustainability Manager and Senior Category Buyer at Aurobay (Powertrain Engineering Sweden AB) since November 2021, Sofia has previously held multiple roles including Senior Category Buyer and Senior Operational Buyer at Volvo Cars from June 2018 to November 2021. Earlier career stages include the position of Financial Advisor at Varbergs Sparbank and various roles at Swedbank, including Mortgage Analyst and Sales & Service for Small Corporates. Sofia began their career in retail sales with Red Bull and as a Team Leader at One Motion IMC. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Logistics, Material, and Supply Chain Management from Handelshögskolan i Göteborg, complemented by a secondary education at Katrinelundsgymnasiet.
