Giulia Morello is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Group Manager in the Engineering Management Team at Aurobay, where leadership of product experts and project leaders is emphasized. Previous roles at Aurobay included R&D Process Manager and Transformation Lead, focused on reengineering R&D processes to align with the new company's strategy. Prior to Aurobay, Giulia held various positions at Volvo Cars, including System Project Lead during the separation of the R&D department into a new legal entity.
