Tim Croucher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Tim started their career at IBM Credit Corp. in 1993 as a Systems Support employee. Tim then joined Cadbury Schweppes in 1998 and worked as a Project Manager until 2003. In 2004, Tim joined Auritas as a Senior ILM Consultant and Certified Records Manager. Tim held this role until April 2020 when they transitioned to the role of COE Lead - ILM and Data Volume Management at the same company. The end dates for their roles at Auritas, Cadbury Schweppes, and IBM Credit Corp. are not provided.

Tim Croucher received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Western University in the years 1985 to 1988. Tim then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in Management Information Systems from Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 1991 to 1993. In addition to their degrees, Tim also holds a certification as a Certified Records Manager from the Institute of Certified Records Managers, which they obtained in July 2013.
