Chai C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2011, they worked at Zhongdian Long, where they held a role in General Management & Government Affairs until 2017. Following that, Chai C. worked at Zhong Guang Longde from 2019 to 2021 as an Assistant Director of Marketing and Commercial Operation. In 2021, they joined Xing Medical Technology as the Head of PR & Marketing until 2023. Currently, Chai C. is serving as the VP of Operation at Aureka Biotechnologies, Inc.

Chai C. obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management Studies from Rotterdam Business School, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Fudan University, completing their studies between 2017 and 2018. Chai C. further enhanced their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Advanced Management from Yale University, where they attended from 2018 to 2019.
