Lyndsey Myers is an experienced professional in training design and instructional development, currently serving as Manager of Training Design and Delivery at Aura since September 2023. Previously, at Realtor.com from May 2019 to June 2023, Lyndsey managed a team of Instructional Designers, created key performance indicators, and designed a scaffolded learning curriculum called Sales Dojo, while also collaborating on scalable learning experiences for a large revenue organization. In earlier roles at Opcity and Vrbo, Lyndsey developed extensive training programs, designed e-learning modules using Articulate tools, and managed learning management systems, contributing significantly to employee development and the creation of instructional content. Lyndsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master’s Degree in Information Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
