Irina Maltseva has a strong background in growth and marketing roles. Irina is currently working as a Growth Lead at Aura since 2022. Prior to that, they served as an SEO Consultant at Riverside.fm in 2023 and as a Growth Advisor at Nextiva in 2023. In 2022, they were a Growth Advisor at Aura Identity Guard®. In 2020, Irina founded ONSAAS.ME and also worked as the Head of Marketing at Hunter.io. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Growth Marketing Manager at Platformly. In 2017, they co-founded SEMgage and worked as a Growth Marketing Consultant. In 2016, they were the CMO at BeWarned, and in 2015, they served as a Social Media Strategist at Newsfront PR Agency.

Irina Maltseva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising & Public Relations from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' in 2016. Irina then pursued two Master's degrees in Marketing & Sales, one from EAE Business School in 2018 and another from EPSEVG - UPC - Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2018. Additionally, Irina obtained various certifications in areas such as digital marketing, coding, and finance between 2015 and 2021.
