Ramona Sammouh has diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Ramona started their career in 2006 as a Senior Sublicense Support Renewals Specialist at Oracle. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Project Manager at IOS Software Solutions - Romstal Group. Ramona then joined STAR STORAGE in 2009, where they held multiple roles including Training Specialist, Business Solutions Consultant, Service Level Manager, and Project Manager. In 2014, they became the Technical Support Operations Manager at STAR STORAGE, responsible for coordinating and supervising the Technical Support and Operations team. Later in 2014, they joined Aurachain as a Technical Support & Training Manager, and in 2016, they were promoted to Operations & Delivery VP, where they were responsible for planning, execution, estimation, budgeting, quality management, risk management, communications, coaching, and team management. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of Customer Success at Aurachain, focusing on customer satisfaction, engagement, and issue resolution.
Ramona Sammouh obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from the Faculty of Communication and Public Relations "David Ogilvy" SNSPA, from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in translation at the University of Bucharest, specializing in English and French at the Faculty of Foreign Languages, from 2000 to 2004.
