Long Nguyen has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. long is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Aura Network, where they are involved in building a layer-1 blockchain using Cosmos SDK. Prior to this, Long worked as a Cyber Security Specialist at Akachain.io from 2018 to 2021. long also served as a PHD Student at Université de Lorraine from 2015 to 2019, and as a Research Assistant at Aalto University from 2014 to 2015. Long gained experience as an Intern at the University of Helsinki in 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Software Developer at Boeing in 2013 and as a Technical Lead and Software Developer at FPT Software from 2011 to 2013. At FPT Software, they were responsible for offshore software development, R&D, and writing technical documents/proposals for US-based customers using .NET and Java technology.

Long Nguyen attended FPT University from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Computer Software Engineering. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued Mobile Computing - Service and Security at Aalto University.
