Nicole Griffin, MBA, NBC-HWC has a diverse work experience in the fields of coaching, wellness, writing, and project management. Nicole is currently working as a Coaching Circle Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they support and mentors students in the Health Coach Training Program. Additionally, they work as a Life and Wellness Coach at Spring Health, providing structured coaching sessions to clients and promoting diversity and inclusion in their care.

Previously, Nicole worked as a Writer at Slumber Group, where they wrote sleep stories and guided meditations for popular apps and podcasts. Nicole also founded Nicole Griffin Wellness, offering coaching and somatic practices to increase mindfulness and stress resilience. Nicole emphasized meaningful cultural immersion and intentional adventures in their mindful travel retreats.

In addition, Nicole has experience as a Behavioral Health Coach at Calm, where they provided 1:1 coaching sessions to members and played a leadership role in developing new ventures such as live yoga and meditation classes. Nicole also worked as a Yoga Teacher at Yoga Tree San Francisco and YogaWorks, Inc., and as a Professor at The George Washington University, teaching yoga classes and introducing yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and stress relief to students.

At Tranquil Space Teachers Collective, Nicole acted as a founder and project manager, organizing over 100 teachers and overseeing administration, website development, copywriting, fundraising, and more. Nicole also worked as a Corporate Relations Manager at Playworks, managing corporate fundraising and partnerships.

Nicole's work experience showcases their expertise in coaching, wellness, writing, project management, and teaching, highlighting their passion for promoting mindfulness and well-being in various settings.

Nicole Griffin holds a B.A. degree in Art History with a concentration in Islamic Art History from UCLA. In 2013, they completed their International MBA with an Arabic Language Track at the Darla Moore School of Business. Nicole also pursued further Arabic language studies at the Saifi Institute for Arabic Language, Yarmouk University, and The Arabic Language Institute in Fez (ALIF) between 2012 and onwards. Nicole furthered their business education by obtaining a Certificate in Design Thinking and Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2016.

Nicole Griffin has also obtained various certifications and completed courses in the field of health and wellness. Nicole is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching in 2021. Additionally, they have completed the Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga Certificate, Coaching Foundations Certificate, and Coaching Intensive Practicum among others. Nicole has also pursued certifications in gut health, emotional eating, hormone health, stress, anxiety, and self-regulation, trauma-informed yoga and somatics, and social justice. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, HeartMath LLC, Real Balance Global Wellness Services, Inc., and The Embody Lab. Additionally, Nicole is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 certified by Yoga Alliance.
