Sanna Tapanainen has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Sanna started their professional journey at FoodBrands Nordic Oy in 2010 as a Sales and Marketing Assistant, where they updated marketing materials, translated documents, and managed inventory. In 2006, they joined K-citymarket Oy as a Sales and Customer Service employee, gaining experience in cashiering and customer service.
Tapanainen then worked at Tallink Silja Oy, starting as a Sales Agent/B2C in 2011, handling customer reservations and providing customer service through phone conversations. Sanna later became a Senior Sales Agent, managing group bookings for tour operators and coordinating reservations. Sanna then transitioned to the role of Sales and Marketing Assistant, organizing inspection tours, creating content for international sales platforms, and coordinating marketing materials for tourism events. Tapanainen's final role at Tallink Silja Oy was Sales Service Specialist at International Sales, where they handled global B2B clients, managed contracts, and conducted survey projects to enhance the customer experience.
In 2021, Tapanainen joined Omegawave as a Sales Representative, responsible for the entire sales cycle, customer success of professional B2B accounts, and managing relationships with distributors in EMEA, Asia, and Australia. Sanna utilized Omegawave's SaaS technology to help athletes optimize their training and prevent injuries.
Currently, Tapanainen is employed at Auntie as an Account Manager. Sanna'smain responsibility is ensuring customer success for an existing company portfolio, deepening relationships, and expanding awareness of the online mental well-being service within the company.
Sanna Tapanainen has a strong educational background in business administration and international business. Sanna completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Business Management at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing at Laurea University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2012.
During their undergraduate studies, Sanna also had the opportunity to study abroad at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
Additionally, Sanna recently obtained a certification in Health technology from the HealthTech Academy at Saranen in September 2021.
