Yahya AlNajjar has a diverse work experience in the field of operations, product management, and information technology. Yahya currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Aumet, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Advisor at Aumet from January 2021 to January 2022. Yahya also gained valuable experience at Zain Jordan, where they held multiple roles. Yahya was a Product and Service Delivery - Technology and Digital Innovation specialist from June 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they served as a Convergence Manager - Information Technology from July 2014 to June 2019 and as an Intelligent Network Team Leader from January 2012 to July 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Product Manager at Surveyster from January 2019 to December 2020 and as a Convergence Project Manager at Zain Iraq from June 2014 to February 2015.

Yahya AlNajjar earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at The University of Manchester.
