Agnes Lo has been working in the Human Resources field for over a decade. Agnes began their career in 2008 as an HR Officer at Shakespeare HK Ltd. Agnes then moved to Veolia Water in 2010, where they worked as a Senior HR Officer. In 2014, they were hired as a Senior HR Officer at Konew Financial Express Limited. In 2015, they were hired as an HR Manager in the Finance Dept. at Tcl Communication Technology Holdings Ltd. Agnes then moved to KaiOS Technologies in 2018, where they worked as an HR Manager. In 2021, Agnes Lo began working as a Head of Human Resources at both Auki Labs and Matterless.

Agnes Lo attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2004, where they earned an IT Management degree in Information Technology. Agnes then attended the University of West London from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
