Mathew Kizhakkethil John is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in managing HR functions across various regions, particularly in the EMEA and Middle East. Currently serving as the Regional Manager- HR - Change & Engagement at Aujas Cybersecurity since December 2021, Mathew has been instrumental in establishing the Regional HQ in KSA and UAE, implementing HR processes and policies tailored to the region. Prior to this role, Mathew held positions as HR Business Partner for the Middle East at Aujas, and HR Partner at Accenture, overseeing comprehensive employee experience and HR strategy. Experience also includes significant roles at Barakat Group of Companies, where Mathew led HRD functions, and earlier positions in training and development and quality assurance with leading organizations. Mathew holds two Master of Business Administration degrees in International Business and Human Resources from the University of Warsaw and Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, respectively.
