Tina K. is a seasoned professional in the culinary industry with extensive experience in sales and education. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at AUI Fine Foods since July 1997, Tina excels in sales and customer relationship management, demonstrating strong skills in team motivation and territory management. Tina has also contributed as a Culinary Advisory Board Member at Polaris Career Center from January 2008 to January 2016 and held the position of Pastry Program Director at Western Reserve School of Cooking from 1989 to 2015, where a hands-on pastry program was developed.
