Richard Falbo currently serves as Purchasing Manager at AUI Fine Foods since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles in laboratory support at Compass Group and as Laboratory Supplies Supervisor at AstraZeneca, both from October 2022 to September 2023. Richard has extensive culinary leadership experience as Executive Chef at The Tasting Room Restaurant and The Lake House on Canandaigua, as well as Chef De Cuisine at Ahso Restaurant. Prior to these roles, Richard held multiple executive chef positions at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, The Westin Reston Heights, and McGuire Moorman Hospitality. Richard's educational background includes an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from New England Culinary Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Texas Tech University.
